the Membership
The Make Diversity Count Membership is a year-long commitment to structured, ongoing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion support. It is designed for organisations that want more than one-off training and instead need consistent expertise, accountability, and progress over time.
Rather than relying on internal capacity alone, the membership provides access to expert consultancy, tailored training, and practical resources that support meaningful and sustained organisational change.
This is not a passive offer. Membership requires engagement, reflection, and action, and works best for organisations willing to invest time as well as budget into getting this right.
What the Membership Includes

A note on organisational size
The membership is delivered differently depending on organisational scale.
Organisations with up to 1,000 staff and those with over 1,001 staff face different levels of complexity, reach, and governance requirements. Membership is therefore tailored to reflect organisational size, internal capacity, and delivery needs.
