we are on a mission to Make Diversity Count in the places we live, work and learn.

about us

At Make Diversity Count, we envision a world where diversity is more than a buzzword - it’s a driving force for success, innovation, and meaningful change. We believe that by harnessing both our differences and similarities, we can transform the places where we live, work, and learn into inclusive, sustainable, and thriving spaces.

We are more than just a consultancy. We’re a movement. We’re a purpose-driven social impact organisation on a mission to challenge the status quo and make diversity count. We partner with individuals and organisations who believe in building more inclusive, equitable spaces and dismantling the barriers.

Our mission is to empower organisations and individuals to embrace inclusion and sustainability as key tools for positive progress. In an era where we are increasingly held responsible for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) goals, we provide the guidance needed to meet those challenges while making real, positive, measurable impact.

Whether we’re crafting actionable strategies, fostering understanding between diverse groups, or mentoring individuals to unlock their full potential, our work centres on one goal: making diversity count at every level.

Born out of personal experience with racism and discrimination, Make Diversity Count started as a campaign to turn adversity into action. Today, we support organisations and individuals in creating a fairer, more inclusive world.

Together, we can make diversity count - for real.
